This week we are learning the rules for words with ie and ei ("I before e, except after c" but this rule might not apply all of the time!) We are also will identify and use compound word, recognize syllables and use syllables to read longer words.
I have received two recipes for the cook book, but do not know who sent them in??

There will be a field trip on Tuesday, February 16 to the CAC. Please send the permission slip by Friday, February 12. Mrs. Annison and Mrs. Carroll will not be able to attend the field trip or provide transportation. Are you able to help with transportation for six second graders?
